DECADE Instructions

Please upload your DECADE File here: 

1. Go to the statistics section of your DECADE account

2. Change the view set to "All", make sure you click "change view set" after you do this

3. Click the "Print" button in the top right. This will download a copy of your stats

4. Email a copy of this document to golfwizardservice@gmail.com

5. In the email, include your name, how many hours at a time you typically practice for, and any other notes.
